At TRUVANTA, our General Engineering Works division delivers tailored mechanical solutions across multiple sectors including oil & gas, marine, utilities, manufacturing, and commercial infrastructure. With a strong focus on quality, safety, and precision, we execute complex fabrication and installation works that support both greenfield and brownfield developments.
Scope of Services
Piping Works
- Design, Prefabrication & Installation: Supply and installation of industrial piping systems in carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and non-metallic materials.
- Welding & Testing: Qualified welding (SMAW, GTAW, MIG, etc.) to ASME, AWS, and API standards; hydro testing, NDT (RT, UT, PT, MPI), and pressure testing.
- Supports & Accessories: Installation of pipe supports, hangers, expansion joints, and valves.
- Process Systems: Skid-mounted process units, piping for utilities (compressed air, steam, water), and critical process lines.
Steel Fabrication
- Custom Fabrication: In-house and on-site fabrication of structural steel components such as platforms, brackets, access ladders, pipe racks, and trusses.
- Modules & Skids: Assembly and pre-fabrication of structural modules, frames, equipment bases, and pre-piped skids.
- Cutting & Shaping: CNC cutting, drilling, bending, and surface treatment using grit blasting and industrial coatings.
- Welding & Assembly: Certified welders and fitters performing precise fitting, joint alignment, and final assembly as per client drawings and standards.
Steel Mounting & Installation
- Erection Works: Lifting and installation of fabricated steel structures including beams, columns, platforms, and tanks using cranes and rigging systems.
- Alignment & Grouting: Base plate alignment, anchor bolt positioning, and non-shrink grouting for long-term structural integrity.
- Access & Safety Structures: Installation of walkways, handrails, cage ladders, mezzanines, and access platforms.
- Retrofits & Upgrades: Strengthening and modification of existing structures to meet updated design or load requirements.
