Scope of Services
Civil & Structural Works
- Site Preparation & Earthworks: Excavation, grading, compacting, and backfilling for foundations and utilities.
- Concrete Works: Casting of foundations, plinths, slabs, columns, pedestals, sump pits, and trenching as per project requirements.
- Formwork & Reinforcement: Supply and installation of shuttering, scaffolding, and rebar works to meet structural standards (BS, ASTM, Eurocode).
- Industrial Flooring: Installation of reinforced concrete floors, epoxy and chemical-resistant coatings, non-slip industrial surfacing.
Architectural & Building Works
- Block & Brickwork: Internal and external wall construction using concrete blocks or bricks with fire/sound insulation options.
- Doors, Windows & Louvers: Installation of industrial-grade steel, aluminum, or FRP doors and windows, complete with fire ratings and weather seals.
- Roofing & Cladding: Steel roof truss erection, sandwich panel installation, and weatherproof cladding systems.
- Partitions & Ceilings: Gypsum board, calcium silicate, and modular partition systems with false ceiling installations for control rooms, substations, and admin buildings.
Painting & Finishing Works
- Surface Preparation: Grit blasting, power tool cleaning, and chemical cleaning as per SSPC/NACE standards.
- Protective Coatings: Application of anti-corrosive, fire-retardant, and chemical-resistant coatings for steel structures, pipelines, and tanks.
- Architectural Painting: Internal and external painting of walls, ceilings, and equipment rooms using industrial-grade emulsion, enamel, and PU paints.
- Epoxy & Specialty Coatings: Application in clean rooms, process areas, control buildings, and utility zones.
Ancillary Works
- Drainage & Utility Trenches: Civil construction for underground piping, cable trays, and ducting systems with precast or cast-in-situ covers.
- Access Infrastructure: Construction of platforms, walkways, equipment foundations, and maintenance pits.
